Just like Mum used to make

I have been trialing a couple of computer programs lately, in an attempt to find one that does a great job of storing my recently downloaded recipes. To this point my 'want to try' recipes have all been sitting rather haphazardly in a Word document, and I was quite looking forward to having some spiffy new program that could sort and store them all for me.

But after playing around I have come to the realisation that it's all too hard! Don't get me wrong, I am sure it is like anything and if I applied myself I could figure out how to work the stupid things and all would be fantastic. But after fiddling for a good couple of hours and still not knowing how to get even one recipe to work in their perfectly (yes, the perfectionist in me strikes again!) I have thrown in the towel.

As of tomorrow, I am going to get myself a shiny new blank scrapbook to stick all my recipes in, just like the good old 48 page excersise book my Mum used to have.

Sometimes Stoneage really does kick Shiny's ass!
